Equipped are a sensor unit (6), disposed near a conductor, that detects flux of a predetermined flux detection direction; an electrical-current detector unit (3) that detects an electrical current flowed in a conductor, based on a detected value of the sensor unit (6); an electrical-frequency acquisition unit (4) that gets an electrical-current frequency which is a frequency of a current flowed in a conductor; and a correcting unit (5) that corrects a detected value of the sensor unit (6) based on an electrical-current frequency.
