本发明涉及一种950MPa级TWIP钢及其制备方法，按重量百分数计，本发明TWIP钢的化学成分如下：C:0.10-0.70％，Si≤0.10％，Mn:15-20％，Al≤0.05％，P≤0.01％，S≤0.008％，Ti≤0.10％，Nb≤0.05％，B:0.0015-0.0035％，RE≤0.10％，其余是Fe及不可避免杂质，其中，Ti+RE:0.15-0.2％。
