Abstract:
本发明公开了一种声表面波高温压力传感器，合金外壳内设置有传感器芯片，传感器芯片上方的合金外壳处设置有压力敏感膜，压力敏感膜通过传力顶针与传感器芯片连接，传感器芯片一侧的合金外壳内设置有接收天线，另一侧对应设置有发射天线。本发明能够在恶劣环境下进行高温压力测量，并且可实现无线无源，灵敏度高，稳定性高，成本低，易于量产。
