A sole support plate (6) for ski bindings can be slipped on to a sole plate (2), base plate or the like of a ski binding part attached to the top surface of a ski by means of fastening screws (4). When slipped on, the sole support plate is prevented form lifting and is secured against sliding along the ski by means of a catch. The catch consists of the fastening screw (4) and the counter catch is formed by the head section (14) of a keyhole-type recess (12) in the sole support plate (6).
