摘要：
A covering system for covering a transportable container (3) with a tarp (30). The covering system includes a covering device (2) provided with an extendable tarp (30). The covering device (2) is mounted on a support structure (9) which is manipulable to position the covering device (2) to enable covering of a container (3) which is unsupported by the vehicle (4). The covering device (2) is preferably mounted to a hook arm (9) which also functions to load the container (3) onto the vehicle (4) after the container (3) is covered.
