摘要：
The invention relates to a pathologically modified myocardial cell which can be produced from healthy cardiac tissue by providing or isolating at least one healthy myocardial cell, by stimulating said isolated myocardial cell using the appropriate hormones, hormone analogues and/or zytokines and by detecting the pathologically modified myocardial cell(s) by localising at least one signal molecule. The invention also relates to a method for producing said pathologically modified myocardial cell and to the use thereof, including a method for detecting or identifying cardioactive substances.
