The invention relates to a method for initiating a data transmission from a transmitting station to a receiving station via a radio link, and to a corresponding receiving station and transmitting station. According to the method for the transmission of data (D) from a transmitting station (UE1) to a receiving station (NodeB) via a radio link (V), the radio link (V) is set up between the transmitting station (UEI) and the receiving station (NodeB), and the data transmission (D) begins once a time interval (t1) has elapsed, which is specific to the transmitting station (UEI) and whose duration depends on at least one deterministic quantity.
