    摘要: After a maximum noise rise for a cell is set, a maximum noise rise for each mobile station is allocated within the cell. The actual noise rise from each mobile station within the cell is measured at a base station and signaled to a network. When the cell uses enhanced dedicated channel (E-DCH), the contribution to noise rise of E-DCH signaling is determined and received signal code power (RSCP) at the base station is measured. The RSCP measurement is decoded to determine contributions from mobile stations within and outside the cell; contributions from mobile stations within the cell are calculated; and the network is notified of the measured noise rise. In addition a compensation value may be applied to compensate for temperature induced noise.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and device for the temporal and frequency-related segmentation of the radio control channel in radio communications systems with variable bandwidths. The aim of the invention is to suitably code the radio control channel BCH in a 3G mobile radio communications system so that an efficient and rapid access is guaranteed for both terminals of lower power classes with a lower broadband capacity as well as terminals of the upper power classes with a higher broadband capacity. In the inventive method, information blocks are transmitted from the base station to the terminals on a radio control channel. The information blocks are transmitted on a subcarrier comprised of at least one individual carrier, whereby the transmission is temporally segmented according to the total bandwidth of the radio communications system and according to the minimum supported bandwidth of a terminal and is carried out in a segmented manner in frequency hops.
