The invention concerns a bearing (1) for guiding and supporting a switch rail (2) extending the means for fixing the stock rail on the sleepers. Said bearing is characterized in that it is equipped with at least one roller (3) supporting the switch rail (2) providing weight transfer of its support at the bearing (1). The invention is particularly applicable to switch rails for railway network, especially the means for guiding and supporting switch rails, and more particularly the bearings.
