In order to further develop the vehicle washing system (10) in such a way that the vehicle washing system can be adapted to the height of a washing bay in a simple manner, the deflecting elements (38, 40, 50) are supported on intermediate parts (54, 60) that can be fixed at different vertical positions on the supports (14, 16).
