The invention relates to the lining of aircraft door frames and comprises a door frame lining (100) above the aircraft door (104). The upper door frame lining in turn comprises a first component (103, 200) designed for visually covering the door area. Complete visual covering of the door area is possible. The first component is designed for attachment above the aircraft door and is designed for mechanical affixation to the primary structure of the aircraft.
