The white light source (1) of the embodiments has a color temperature of 2600 K to less than 3200 K. The ratio of the minimum light emission intensity to the maximum light emission intensity of the white light source of the embodiments in an emission spectrum wavelength region of 450 to 610 nm is 0.16 to less than 0.35.
