A service box (10) for storing in a storage rack arrangement (2; 3) of a cargo container of a vehicle, in particular an aircraft, comprises a rectangular bottom wall (11), a rectangular upper wall (12), side walls (13) and narrow end walls (15, 16) and forms an interior space adapted to receive a trolley (50) for catering goods. The service box (10) is provided with a door (16) at at least one of its narrow ends which door (16) forms at least the main part of the narrow wall (16) and in the open state permits insertion and removal of the trolley (50) and in the closed state provides for an essentially closed space for the trolley.
