For reduced hysteresis, thus leading to low rolling resistance in the case of use as a sidewall mixture, the rubber mixture contains 20 to 80 phr of natural rubber and/or synthetic polyisoprene, 20 to 80 phr of at least one polybutadiene functionalized for bonding to silicic acid, and 20 to 50 phr of at least one silicic acid having a CTAB surface area (according to ASTM D 3765) of 50 to 130 m²/g nitrogen surface area (BET surface area) (according to DIN ISO 9277 and DIN 66132) of 60 to 140 m²/g.
