PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic polymer semiconductor and a photoelectronic material, particularly a compound usable as an electroluminescent material.
SOLUTION: A fluorene-based compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R is hydrogen, a 1-22C aliphatic or alicyclic alkyl group or the like; R' is a functional group which exists at meta or para position of phenyl group; n is 0 or 1), a polymer thereof and an EL element utilizing these materials are provided.
