Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a new noble-metal nano particle having shape, size and arrangement which can be used for a catalyst, an electrode, etc.
SOLUTION: The micell having a semi-cylindrical sectional shape and formed like a bar is formed on a carrier substrate in a self-creation fashion and fixed. Noble-metal ions are added and dispersed in the micell. The micell and the noble-metal ions are compounded, then, reacted with a reducing agent for promoting a reduction reaction of the noble metal in the fixed micell as the reaction field for growing the single crystalnoble-metal super-thin film nano particle on the carrier substrate using the fixed micell of the shape as a mold.
