摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ghrelin analogs active in GHS (Growth Hormone Secretion) receptor. SOLUTION: Peptidyl analogs having agonist or antagonist ghrelin activity are provided. As ghrelin induces somatotropin release on a concentration-depending style without stimulating other pituitary hormone release, so, the ghrelin is applied for treating conditions of somatotropin hormone defection, for increasing muscle amount of a specimen, for increasing bone density of the specimen, for treating sexual dysfunction of the specimen, for promoting weight gain of the specimen, for promoting weight keeping of the specimen, for promoting physical function keeping of the specimen, for promoting physical function recovery of the specimen and/or for promoting improvement in appetite of the specimen.
