PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based polymer composition having excellent moldability, heat resistance, flexibility, transparency and scratch resistance, and to provide a molding comprising the composition. SOLUTION: The propylene-based polymer composition includes (A) 10-95 pts.wt of a syndiotactic propylene polymer having a syndiotactic pentad fraction of ≥85% and a melting point of ≥156°C, and containing a constituent unit derived from propylene in an amount of >90 mol.%, and (B) 90-5 pts.wt. of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer satisfying specific conditions, having an MFR of 0.01-100 g/10 min, and containing a constituent unit derived from propylene in an amount of 55 to 90 mol.% and a constituent unit derived from at least one olefin selected from 2-20C α-olefins (excluding propylene) in an amount of 10-45 mol%, wherein the total amount of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.
