A compound of formula I can be obtained, for example, by reacting a compound of formula III with a compound of the formula: R H. The objective organic electroluminescent element is obtained by adding a compound of formula I to at least one of organic layers of an organic electroluminescent element which is prepared by placing one or plural layers of organic layers between an anode and a cathode.
