The method for forming a connection between a first device and a second device using BLE includes receiving an advertising message including information related to a pairing control service from the first device, establishing a Bluetooth connection with the first device based on the advertising message, transmitting a first write request message requesting writing of connection request information indicating transmission of a connection request message to the second device included in pairing control point information through Bluetooth, and receiving a first indication message including connection state information indicating a state of a connection with the second device from the first device, wherein the pairing control point indicates information instructing the first device to perform a specific operation.
