More particularly, the present application relates to UspA2 protein constructs and immunogenic compositions comprising the constructs, vaccines comprising such immunogenic compositions and therapeutic uses of the same. The invention further relates to compositions comprising UspA2 in combination with at least one antigen from Haemophilus influenzae, immunogenic compositions comprising the antigens, vaccines comprising such immunogenic compositions and therapeutic uses of the same.
