The motor includes a chassis having a fillister, a stator assembly disposed at a central area of the chassis, a circuit element disposed in the fillister, a first resin material, and a second resin material. The first resin material is filled within the fillister and covers the circuit element. The second resin material covers a part of the stator assembly where is not joined with the chassis.
