摘要： A motor includes a connector detachably connected with an external cable and a resin sealing member which covers the connector. The connector includes a frame part into which a cable side connector is to be inserted and a step part on an outer peripheral face of the frame part. A shape of the step part when viewed in the inserting direction is a ring shape. The resin sealing member covers the connector from the front side and exposes an end face of the step part of the frame part and a portion of the frame part on the rear side to the step part end face to the outside, and an outer peripheral face of the resin sealing member is provided with an outer peripheral face portion which surrounds the frame part and is continuously connected with the step part end face without a step.

摘要： An electric machine including a rotor shaft having an inner shaft core with a first composition and an outer shaft portion surrounding at least some of the inner shaft core. The outer shaft portion is fabricated from a material having a different composition than the inner shaft core. For example, the inner shaft core could be fabricated from a material having high thermal conductivity, such as copper, while the outer shaft portion is fabricated from a material with lesser thermal conductivity, but greater strength, for example steel. The two-material shaft with a highly thermally conductive core serves to conduct heat from the interior of the electric machine to the housing, or to an exterior apparatus or structure.

摘要： A motor includes a rotor, a stator having coils, a connector for supplying electrical power to the coils, and a resin sealing member. The resin sealing member comprises an opposite-to-output side sealing part and a connector sealing part covering the connector. The connector comprises a frame part into which the cable side connector is to be inserted, and the opposite-to-output side sealing part comprises a first protruded part and a second protruded part. A tip end face of the first protruded part and a tip end face of the second protruded part are located on one imaginary face intersecting the rotation center line, a tip end on the opposite-to-output side of the frame part is located on the output side with respect to the imaginary face, and the second protruded part is provided at a position closer to the frame part between the first protruded part and the frame part.

摘要： A motor includes a rotor having an output shaft and a rotor main body, a bearing member for supporting the output shaft movable in an axial line direction and rotatable around the axial line, and a bearing holding member holding the bearing member. The bearing member has a tube part supporting the output shaft and a slidably contacting part capable of slidably contacting with the rotor main body. The bearing holding member has an opposed face facing the rotor main body and a recessed part provided in the opposed face. The tube part of the bearing member is inserted into the recessed part and is separated from a bottom face of the recessed part. A space between the bottom face of the recessed part and the tube part is structured as a lubricant storage part and a communication path is provided between the bearing holding member and the bearing member.

摘要： A permanent magnet synchronous motor with an integrated pump body and its preparation method are provided. The preparation method comprises: 1) performing an injection molding process for the first time on a coil, which is wound on a coil former, to form a coil sealing part for sealing the coil; 2) assembling an iron core in the sealed coil and performing the injection molding process for the second time on them to form a pump body part with a rotor barrel, wherein the rotor barrel is formed by conducting the injection molding process based on the iron core, and an isolating thin layer is formed at a polar arc part of the iron core to isolate the iron core from a rotor cavity in the rotor barrel. A good electromagnetic property of the motor is ensured and the water leakage problem is solved.

摘要： A submersible electric thruster operable to propel underwater vehicles, surface vehicles, amphibious vehicles, etc. The submersible electric thruster includes a stator assembly having a base, stator, windings, and bearings and an external rotor assembly having a cylindrical arrangement of permanent magnets with a hub that is secured to a shaft. The stator forms the center of the motor and the permanent magnets spin around the stator. A propeller hub is integrally connected to the rotor assembly with angularly spaced propeller blades extending radially from the propeller hub. An annular nozzle surrounds the propeller and motor, forming an inlet and outlet for water flow. A nose cone is connected to the stator assembly and a tail cone is integrally connected to the nozzle assembly. Supporting arms may extend from the stator assembly to support the nozzle and/or supporting arms may extend from the nozzle to the support the tail cone.

The first electrical connectors project through the respective seals.
