The front housing includes an annular first air chamber that is formed in the air discharging member, and an annular second air chamber that is formed outside the first air chamber. The front housing includes an air supply path for supplying compressed air to the second air chamber, and a connection flow passage for causing the first air chamber to communicate with the second air chamber. The connection flow passage is formed at a position other than a position of the air supply path in the circumferential direction of the housing.
