The method includes: receiving acquisition information uploaded by a first wearable device bound. Herein the acquisition information comprises an identifier for identifying a second wearable device detected by the first wearable device; uploading the acquisition information to a server; receiving the user information pushed by the server. Herein the user information is obtained by the server according to the identifier and is associated with the acquisition information; and performing a processing operation according to the user information.
