The terminal then selects a sidelink destination group with a sidelink logical channel having sidelink data available for transmission with the 10 highest logical channel priority among the sidelink logical channels having data available for transmission, and allocates radio resources to the sidelink logical channels belonging to the selected sidelink destination group in decreasing priority order.
