The method receives a request for a sidelink system information report from a serving cell located on a first frequency, wherein the sidelink system information report request is a message requesting a report of system information associated with a sidelink action acquired from another cell of a second frequency, and sidelink terminal information, comprising system information associated with the sidelink action acquired from another cell of the second frequency, is reported to the serving cell.
