The insulating layer is positioned on the lower substrate subpixels. The subpixels are positioned on the insulating layer and include light emitting diodes comprising at least two light emitting layers emitting different colors. The subpixels includes a first subpixel in which only one light emitting layer of the at least two light emitting layers emits light and a second subpixel in which both of two light emitting layers of the at least two light emitting layers emit light.
