The system also includes plural, discrete radio resources each including a modem. The plural discrete radio resources are operably in communication with the single application processor. The single application processor is configured to at least execute the instruction of discovering the modem of each discrete radio subsystem. The single application processor is also configured to execute the instruction of assigning a TCP port to each modem. The single application processor is further configured to execute the instruction of creating an individualized session for each modem.
