    Abstract: A waveguide optical gyroscope (WOG) is disclosed, which may include: an emitter; an integrated interferometer disposed on a silica planar lightwave circuit (PLC) and comprising a multilayer waveguide loop disposed in a first cladding material and interposed between layers of at least a second cladding material having an index of refraction lower than an index of refraction of the first cladding material; a pump source configured to pump the first cladding material with a signal that compensates for a propagation loss in the multilayer waveguide loop; and a micro-optic component configured to receive an output of the emitter and to guide the output into the integrated interferometer.

The filter includes a block of dielectric material with a top surface including a patterned region, a bottom surface, and side surfaces. The filter also includes a through-hole extending through the block from the top surface to the bottom surface. The method includes a step of receiving, from a user on the network, a request to access the internet. The method also includes a step of determining information of the user based upon the request. The information includes a security privilege of the user in the network. The method also includes a step of reviewing selection criteria of plural, dynamic, virtual private network (VPN) cloud servers in the network. The method also includes a step of matching the determined information of the user with the selection criteria. Further, the method includes a step of sending traffic of the user to one of the plural, dynamic VPN cloud servers based upon the matching step. The application is also directed to a system for securing web traffic on a network including a policy controller and router.

    Abstract: This application is directed to a method for detecting a rogue device in a network. The method includes a step of surveying the network. The method also includes a step of collecting broadcast data from cellular towers in the network based on the survey. The method also includes a step of distilling the collected broadcast data into abstract syntax notation one (ASN.1)-encoded system information blocks (SIBs) associated with plural devices. The method further includes a step of featurizing the ASN.1-encoded SIBs. The method even further includes a step of running the featurized, ASN.1-encoded SIBs through an unsupervised machine learning algorithm. The algorithm is executed by a processor to analyze all cells in the survey for the rogue device. Yet even further, the method includes a step of determining, based on the run, anomalous cells exhibiting characteristics of the rogue device from all cells in the survey.
