A wireless communication method performed by an access point according to an embodiment may include performing channel sounding on a plurality of subchannels, identifying subchannels selected by stations among the subchannels, scheduling communications between the AP and the stations based on the selected subchannels, and transmitting a data frame to the stations through the subchannels based on a scheduling result.
