The access method includes: receiving, by a distributed processing node, an Msg1 message from a UE, the Msg1 message including a dedicated access code or sequence; and transmitting, by the distributed processing node, an Msg2 message configured to respond to the Msg1 message to the UE, the Msg2 message including a temporary RNTI which is a currently-unused RNTI in a set of RNTIs available for the distributed processing node.
