Abstract: A random access response method, a random access response device, a base station and UE are provided. The method includes: transmitting a random access response message to UE, where a medium access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) of the random access response message includes at least one medium access control sub-protocol data unit (MAC subPDU), each MAC subPDU includes an MAC subheader and possibly a medium access control random access response (MAC RAR) corresponding to the MAC subheader; in case that there are at least two MAC subPDUs, the at least two MAC subPDUs are sequentially arranged in the MAC PDU.

Abstract: A method and a device for two-step contention based random access are provided. The method includes: sending, by a user equipment (UE), an Msg1 message; and determining that two-step random access of the user equipment is successful, in a case that a UE identifier carried in the Msg1 message is a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) and physical layer scheduling signaling addressed based on the C-RNTI is received by the user equipment. For two-step contention based random access, if the UE identifier carried in the Msg1 message is a C-RNTI, the user equipment determines that the two-step random access is successful in a case that the physical layer scheduling signaling addressed based on the C-RNTI is received by the user equipment. In this way, the two-step contention based random access can be achieved.

Abstract: A method and a device for contention-based random access are provided. The method includes: sending, by a terminal side device, an Msg1 corresponding to a two-step contention-based random access to a network side device; receiving, by the terminal side device, an Msg2 returned by the network side device, wherein if the terminal side device determines a failure of the two-step contention-based random access occurs according to a receiving condition of the Msg2 message, the terminal side device performs a handling procedure for the failure of the two-step contention-based random access. The Msg2 message is determined by the network side device according to a receiving condition that the network side device receives the Msg1 message.

Abstract: A method and a device for downlink data transmission are provided. The method includes: in the case that a network side has downlink data needing to be sent to a terminal in an inactive connection state, sending, to the terminal, by one or more access devices, an indication message carrying an inactive connection state terminal identification of the terminal; and receiving, by the one or more access devices, an uplink feedback initiated by the terminal based on the indication message. Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, is used for optimizing an energy saving mechanism, and provides a method for energy saving compensation, which method comprises: expanding, by a base station, a signal coverage area to form a new cell, when the energy saving activation requirements are met, so as to allow an energy-saving cell managed by the base station to switch users to the new cell and to activate the energy saving state; and when energy saving deactivation requirements are met, and if the energy-saving cell managed by the base station deactivates the energy saving state, then switching, by the base station, the users to the energy-saving cell and reducing the signal coverage area. The present invention optimizes currently available energy saving mechanisms and provides a solution capable of compensating the service loss of energy-saving cells.

Abstract: Disclosed by the present application are a configuration for duplication transmission and a duplication transmission method and device, comprising: determining each radio bearer of a terminal; and carrying out duplication transmission configuration for each radio bearer. The terminal receives the configuration for duplication transmission carried out at a network side and carries out duplication transmission according to the configuration. By employing the present application, duplication transmission may be applied flexibly for different bearer characteristics, high reliability provided by duplication transmission may be obtained, the utilization efficiency of radio resources may be increased, and resource waste is avoided. Meanwhile, air interface control signaling overhead is reduced.

Abstract: Disclosed are a random access method and device for solving the problem in which random access procedures of traditional LTE systems cannot be performed properly in 5G systems. The method comprises: a terminal determining a transmission parameter to be used by said terminal for data transmission, the transmission parameter comprising an operation bandwidth and/or a baseband parameter; the terminal sending, according to the transmission parameter, a random access request; and the terminal using the transmission parameter to receive a random access response corresponding to the random access request. The invention realizes random access in a 5G system, thereby increasing the access success rate.
