The structure includes: a main bus waveguide structure; a first hybrid waveguide structure evanescently coupled to the main bus waveguide structure and comprising a first geometry of material; and a second hybrid waveguide structure evanescently coupled to the main bus waveguide structure and comprising a second geometry of the material.
