The recommended lane determining unit is configured to set a priority of each lane based on map information, determine the lane having a highest priority as the recommended lane, and exclude a travel prohibited lane, in which travel of the own vehicle is prohibited, from a candidate for the recommended lane based on restriction information and the attendant circumstance.
