摘要: Methods for selecting a cancer patient for immunotherapy comprise establishing a total passenger gene mutation burden from a tumor of a cancer patient, generating a background distribution for the mutational burden of the tumor, normalizing the total passenger gene mutation burden against the background distribution, and categorizing the cancer patient as an immunotherapy responder when the total passenger gene mutation burden is greater than the mean of the background distribution. When the cancer patient is an immunotherapy responder, the patient may be administered an immunotherapy regimen that comprises activation/inhibition of T cell receptors that promote T cell activation and/or prolong immune cytolytic activities.

摘要: In one aspect, a share data allocation (SDA) computing device is provided. The SDA computing device includes at least one processor in communication with a database. The at least one processor is configured to receive direct-share participant (DSP) request data indicating an amount each DSP is willing to invest and receive interest-based participant (IBP) request data indicating an amount each IBP is willing to invest. The at least one processor is also configured to apply a first mapping algorithm to the DSP request data and apply a second mapping algorithm to the IBP request data. The at least one processor is further configured to calculate a preliminary allocation of a total amount of assets among the DSPs and the IBPs according to results of an apportionment, and direct allocation of the total amount of assets among the DSPs and the IBPs according to results of a join operator.

摘要: An insurance server for using a tokenized icon to provide an insurance quote or submit an insurance claim may include a processor programmed to receive an image from a user application, and data associated with the image, wherein at least a portion of the obtained data is associated as metadata with the tokenized icon. The processor may instruct the user application to use an icon associated with the tokenized icon as a first graphical object, and to modify, in response to an association of the first graphical object with a second graphical object in the user application, the metadata of the tokenized icon based upon data associated with the second graphical object. The processor may transmit the virtual quote or proposed insurance claim to the user application, the virtual quote or proposed insurance claim being based upon the modified metadata. As a result, the online customer experience may be enhanced.

摘要: A property analyzer device may include (1) a receiver configured to receive property identification information from a mobile device, the received property identification information including a picture of the property and/or a property location; (2) a retriever configured to retrieve property-related information from multiple property sources (such as public record databases, websites, or an internal company database) based upon the received property identification information; (3) a processor configured to consolidate the retrieved property-related information into a consolidated property-related image of the property; and (4) a transmitter configured to transmit the consolidated property-related image to the mobile device for review by a user. The mobile device may display the consolidated images that may include several images of the property taken over time (such as showing repairs or improvements made), home insurance quotes, home loan quotes, and other types of property-related or community information that home buyers or owners would find useful.

摘要: A male incontinence article includes a liquid permeable liner, a liquid impermeable outer cover, and an absorbent core disposed between the liner and the outer cover. The article is configurable from a laid flat configuration to a use configuration. The article has, in the use configuration, an absorbent cup and an upstanding wall that extends upward from the cup. The cup has a closed bottom, a sidewall extending upward from the closed bottom, and an open top. The closed bottom and the sidewall cooperatively define an interior chamber adapted to receive at least a portion of the user's penis. Suitable packaging and methods of manufacturing such an article are also disclosed.

摘要: A method of performing an automated non-destructive examination of a composite structure includes identifying surface damage on the composite structure, coupling an automated tap tester device to a surface of the composite structure at a location of the surface damage, and performing, with the automated tap tester device, a plurality of tapping impacts on the surface within a testing area that encapsulates the surface damage. The method also includes receiving a plurality of acoustic signals associated with the plurality of tapping impacts, modeling sub-surface damage associated with the surface damage based on an analysis of the plurality of acoustic signals.

摘要: A method for providing grid-forming control of an inverter-based resource includes receiving, via a controller, one or more reference commands from an external controller. The method also includes determining, via the controller, one or more control commands for the inverter-based resource based on the one or more reference commands. Further, the method includes determining, via the controller, at least one feedforward signal as a function of the one or more control commands, one or more control signals, and one or more estimated electrical conditions of the inverter-based resource. The method also includes using the feedforward signal(s) to position at least one control angle of the inverter-based resource to an anticipated value needed to achieve the one or more reference commands, thereby enabling rapid response to the one or more reference commands received from the external controller.

摘要: A low and medium voltage electrical enclosure comprising a supporting structure which defines an internal space delimited by walls forming one or more compartments housing one or more electrical apparatuses. At least one of said walls is provided with one or more venting openings that put into communication said internal space with the outside of said low voltage electrical enclosure; the venting openings are provided with a cover closing a corresponding venting opening in a first—closed—operating condition. The enclosure is provided with an actuating device adapted to open said cover in a second—open—operating condition in case of arc fault inside said internal space; said actuating device comprises an actuating mechanism having a Shape Memory Alloy-based (SMA-based) actuating element having a first dimension at first predetermined temperatures reversibly changeable into a second dimension at second predetermined temperatures. The reversible change of dimension of said SMA-based actuating element from said first dimension to said second dimension determines the reversible movement of said cover from said first—closed—operating condition to said second—open—operating condition, and vice-versa.

摘要: Described herein is a data security system for enabling tokenized access to sensitive data, including a token provider configured to initiate a secure connection with a remote client computing device of a first data subject, and receive, from the remote client computing device, a request for an access token to provide a service provider with access to sensitive data associated with the first data subject. The request includes a data definition and authorization parameters. The token provider is also configured to generate the access token that enables access to the sensitive data, store the access token in a token database, and transmit, to the remote client computing device, a response including the access token and instructions that enable the remote computing device to display the access token to the first data subject or transmit the access token to the service provider.
