The layer(s) of enamel (42) is/are removed, e.g. by chemical, thermal, or mechanical attack. The enamel (42) is selected from the group comprising: polyvinyls, polyurethanes, polyesters, polyester imides, polyamide imides, and polyimides. The layers may be the same or different in chemical nature.
