The container also includes a closure (3) including a cap (4) having a seal or plug (16) for sealing the receptacle (6), and a collar (5) with a cam follower surface (8) rotatable relative to the cap about an axis, whereby rotation of the collar (5) relative to the cap (4) moves the seal in an axial direction away from a seal position.
