Abstract:
To provide a resin composite material in which aggregation of silane compounds in the resin is suppressed and the linear expansion coefficient is lowered, and a method for producing the resin composite material. A resin composite material containing a resin and a silane compound 12 having a structure of the formula (1), wherein a molecular chain of the resin and a molecular chain of the silane compound 12 form an IPN structure or a semi-IPN structure, and a method for producing a resin composite material including a step of mixing a resin and a silane compound 12a to obtain a resin composition and an IPN structure formation step of allowing a plurality of the silane compounds 12a contained in the resin composition to be condensed with each other. Each of Rs in the formula (1) is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen and an arbitrary organic functional group and at least one thereof is a reactive organic functional group. x represents 1 or 1.5. n represents an integer of 100 or more and 10000 or less.
