    摘要: A resin-extended modified diene elastomer is capable of being obtained by a process comprising at least: anionically polymerizing, in an organic solvent, at least one conjugated diene monomer having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms in the presence of a polymerization initiator to form a living diene elastomer having a number-average molar mass Mn1; modifying the living diene elastomer by reaction with a modifying agent to form a modified diene elastomer having a number-average molar mass Mn2 and a glass transition temperature, measured according to the standard ASTM D3418-08, within a range extending from −95° C. to −70° C.; adding at least one plasticizing resin to the organic solvent comprising the modified diene elastomer; and removing the organic solvent to obtain the resin-extended modified diene elastomer. The resin-extended modified diene elastomer has an Mn2/Mn1 ratio of strictly greater than 1.00 and an Mn2 of greater than or equal to 200,000 g/mol.

    摘要: The present invention provides a compounding agent which, when used in a rubber composition containing a reinforcing filler, exhibits excellent dispersibility, workability, toughness, low heat build-up, and wear resistance; and a rubber composition containing the compounding agent. A modified butadiene polymer of the present invention has a functional group containing a nitrogen atom and silicon atom at a terminal, a weight average molecular weight of the modified butadiene polymer being from 1000 to 15000, and a molecular weight distribution of the modified butadiene polymer being 2.0 or less.

    摘要: A process for preparing a functionalized polybutadiene is provided. The process comprises the following steps: a) homopolymerising butadiene with a catalytic system based on at least one preforming conjugated diene, a salt of one or more rare earth metals of an organic phosphoric acid, an aluminium-containing alkylating agent, an alkylaluminium halide; b) adding a polyfunctional compound to the pseudo-living elastomer formed in step (a); and c) adding a functionalizing agent to the mixture formed in step (b). The total molar amount of aluminium in the polymerization medium is such that the (aluminium/rare earth salt) molar ratio has a value between 1 and 5 and the polymerization is carried out at a temperature between 40° C. and 90° C.
    A functionalized polybutadiene that can be obtained by the process, and a rubber composition containing the functionalized polybutadiene is also provided.
