Each of the retaining elements is configured to be movable along the pillar-like element and detachable therefrom. A positioning region for arranging a hollow-cylindrical high-voltage winding is formed between the retaining elements, and spacing elements are configured to move axially along the pillar-like element. The spacing elements are configured to radially fix the hollow-cylindrical high-voltage winding when placed between the retaining elements by applying a tensile force to the retaining elements.
