Both the content submitted through the system for interpretation/translation and the resulting interpretation/translation may be prerecorded, which facilitates the accuracy of the end-product. Methods for facilitating communication services over a network are also provided, such methods comprising the steps of receiving a request for interpretation/translation, receiving acceptance of the request from an interpreter/translator, receiving a response that corresponds with an interpretation/translation of the content, and making the response available to one or more users via a server.
