A method of scheduling an unlicensed carrier, in which a base station transmits signaling of scheduling termination and/or signaling of scheduling update in a licensed carrier when determining that the signaling for indicating a scheduling termination and/or the signaling for indicating a scheduling update need to be transmitted; and the UE receives the signaling of scheduling termination and/or the signaling of scheduling update in the licensed carrier, and terminates data transmission in a starting scheduling resource location according to the signaling of scheduling termination, and/or transmits data in a new scheduling resource location according to the signaling of scheduling update.
