In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes receiving, by a terminal device, a signaling message from a base station. The signaling message includes a field indicting one or more resources for a set of frequency blocks from N sets of frequency blocks configured for a transmission from the terminal device to the base station. Each set of frequency blocks corresponds to a carrier or a bandwidth part, and N is a positive integer greater than 1. The method also includes performing the transmission using the one or more resources indicated in the signaling message.

In one example aspect, a method for wireless communication includes performing, by a wireless device, a transmission of a transport block using multiple time units based on a restriction. The transmission of the transport block is associated with a timeline that indicates when control information is transmittable. The restriction specifies that no control information is transmitted in a first time unit that is used for transmitting a first part of the transport block. A second part of the transport block in a second time unit subsequent to the first time unit is punctured in the transmission or proceed by rate matching in response to a conflict between the transport block and the control information according to the timeline.
