The electronic control unit is mounted on the mounting base from an opposite direction. The mounting base defines a through hole. The through hole is axially aligned with a motor shaft to expose an axial end of the motor shaft opposite from the impeller. The electronic control unit comprises a printed circuit board disposed offset from the through hole.
