The logic circuits provide a localization (LPN) web service to a computer application having business analytics functions, for a recommendation on how to localize the business analytics performed by the computer application to target a specific group of consumers, prepare a recommendation on reconfiguring the business analytics logic of the computer application to perform business analytics localized to target the specific group of consumers, and provide the recommendation to the computer application to set up a localized (LPN) computer application to perform business analytics targeting the specific group of consumers.
