TECHNIQUES FOR DISPLAYING MOTION INFORMATION WITH VIDEOS
Abstract:
This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for displaying location information of an object along with a video depicting the object. For instance, an electronic device may use a radar sensor to generate radar data representing the locations and an imaging device to generate image data representing the video. A user device may then use the image data to display the video. Additionally, the user device may display a map of a geographic area that includes the electronic device over a portion of the video. The electronic device then uses the radar data to determine positions on the map that corresponds to the locations. Using the positions, the electronic device displays interface elements representing the locations of the object. In some circumstances, the interface elements include different characteristics, such as colors, indicating a direction of motion of the object.
