One method may include configuring a user equipment (UE), by a network node, to provide independent channel state information (CSI) feedback per transmission reception point (TRP) and to indicate additional information. The configuring of the UE may include configuring the UE with at least one of several reporting options for generating a combined channel state information (CSI) report.
