The average wall thickness Tc is less than or equal to 0.85*s1, wherein s1 is a wall thickness of a standard glass cartridge defined by ISO 13926-1:2004 having an outer diameter d1 that is closer to the outer diameter Dc than the outer diameter d1 of any other standard glass cartridge defined by ISO 13926-1:2004.
