According to the processing and analyzing method of the present disclosure, a reaction vessel moves between the sample analysis unit and the sample preparation unit through two local openings opened locally, and a gate-type local opening is provided to minimize the possibility of contamination inside the sample analysis unit and the sample preparation unit.
